Culinesse has access to the industry’s best managers, clinicians and chefs in both the commercial and non-commercial sides of the foodservice industry. Our client location leaders, culinary and service specialists will be sourced through word-of-mouth and online posting sites including Indeed, Hcareers, Hospitality Online, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Through third-party technology partnerships, our hourly team members have access to mobile job applications, pre-employment requirement approvals and processes. We provide onboarding and self·directed skills training videos and proctored programs; all to ease and speed the talent acquisition process.

RETENTION

To drive retention, Culinesse provides team members the opportunity to grow their careers and incomes through our Culinesse Culinary College, Culinesse Service College, Culinesse Marketing College and Culinesse J2C. These programs offer culinary and service apprenticeships for hourly team members. The curricula are developed by specialty councils or advisory boards of chefs, nutritionists, wellness directors, registered dietitians and service managers. Team member engagement is driven by mastery, autonomy, and greater purpose.
