Our consulting chefs are independent entrepreneurs who own and operate the restaurants that are frequented by your residents … no one knows them better! Our consulting chefs also recommend and connect us with local farmers, growers and producers of the highest quality dairy, produce, coffees, meats, seafood and baked goods. Fresher and cleaner, these locally sourced ingredients and finished products reduce the carbon footprint by minimizing the environmental impact of packaging, shipping and handling.
We feature our consulting chefs at Guest Chef Nights, Chefs’ Tables, and Chefs’ Competitions with resident teams. Residents love cooking classes instructed by our consulting chefs who feature signature menu items from their local restaurants and help us create signature menu items for our clients’ communities.
